A. Introduction
CR-1000 high-pressure common rail injector controller function is to mimic the engine ECU (Engine Control Unit), while providing Bosch, Denso, Delphi and other common-rail system control signal to drive the high-pressure common rail fuel injection pumps and high-pressure common rail device to work, drive signal parameters users can set their own situation, and saved in groups, to facilitate the maintenance staff working on high-pressure common rail system and maintenance of the state to judge.






B. System Application:
The system is suitable for detection of BOSCH, DENSO and DELPHI , SIEMENS common rail injectors. Such as the type of Electromagnetic injectors. It also can test 1 common rail injectors in one time.

C. Main Functions:
a. Detection Of The Common Rail Injectors: Clean, Pre-Injection, Main Injection, The Maximum Injection, Minimum( Start) Spraying, Return Oil Quantity.
b. Cleaning Of Nozzles.
c. Detection: Common Rail Pressure Sensor, Pressure Regulator.
d. Testing Environment: Oil Temperature Regulation, Counting Measure, Adjust The Common Rail Pressure, Also Can Adjust The Injection Pulse Width And Duty Cycle.
e. Support System: BOSCH, DELPHI, DENSO, SIEMENS
