1 Outline
1.1 Brief introduction
CR1000 high-pressure common rail injector tester function is used to drive common rail injector, while providing Bosch, Denso, Delphi，SIEMENS，Caterpillar and other common rail injector control signal to drive the high-pressure common rail injector to work, drive signal parameters can be carried out by the user according to their actual situation, and can be saved grouped for easy maintenance personnel to high-pressure common rail injector in working condition to judge different conditions and maintenance.
1.2 About Security
To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:
1、in the course of operating the tester, the operator should wear safety glasses;
2、using a separate dedicated outlet and reliable grounding. The tester is a three-wire power cord plug is connected to a standard three-wire outlet, please ensure reliable grounding;
3、if the power supply voltage is unstable, please connect the power supply voltage tester uses;
4、regularly check the AC power cord is damaged, and the power plug or power outlet for dust accumulation;
5、if the tester abnormal conditions occur, or an abnormal sound or smell, or the tester can not be hot to the touch, stop using it immediately and unplug the AC power outlet power cord and all other cables;
6、if the tester fails, please contact the service personnel to obtain necessary assistance;
1.3 Use and maintenance
1、Do not throw, drop or step on the tester, the tester to avoid being a strong external impact;
2、Do not insert foreign objects into the connector portion tester;
3、Do not allow water or other liquids to flow into the interior or on the tester tester;
4,、do not touch with wet hands AC power cord terminals;
5,、do not let dust or foreign matter on the terminals around the AC power, the AC terminals on the accumulation of dust and foreign matter may cause a fire or electric shock;
6、avoid stepping on or pinched AC power cord;
7、unplug the power cord when cleaning the tester.

2 Accessories and Interface Description
2.1 Check the accessories
After receiving the goods, please open the box and check box items are consistent with the packing list immediately if any parts are missing, please contact the service personnel.

3 Operating Instructions
3.1 Chassis panel：


3.2 Basic operation
3.2.1 、Display interface:

1、Select the type of injector：
BOSCH、DENSO、DELPHI、PIZEO、DENSO2
2、Current Injector conditions：
CL、VL、VE、LL、TL、U1、U2
3、the injector count method:
    T: according to the number of counts;
4、injector counting time:
T :0-2000 times
5、injection signs: icon display indicates the beginning of the injector fuel injection;
6、pulse width: 100 ~ 5000uS;
7、injection frequency: 1 ~ 30Hz
8、the count flag: Icon display indicates the injector start counting;
3.2.2 、Key Features
3.2.2.1 ON/OFF button：
On / Off Injector;
3.2.2.2 COUNTE button:
Start / stop counting.
When the number is 0, the injector has been working, do not stop;
3.2.2.3 MODE button:
A, short press MODE button to switch to a different operating conditions;
(CL, VL, VE, LL, TL, U1, U2)
B., long press the MODE button to switch between test patterns and resistance injector test mode;
    (Valid only in the injection stopped)
C, after entering the electronic test mode, first connect the injector, according to a short Counte key, two seconds later, the resistance of the injector will be displayed on the screen, in units of milli-ohms;
D, if found to measure the resistance of the resistance and the actual deviation is larger, it should be calibrated
     Calibration method: resistance measurement interface, the injector two clips direct short, then long press "ADJ" button at the top right of the screen there will be a "*" sign after the symbol disappears, the calibration is complete,
Listed screen display 0 mohm.
3.2.2.4 ADJ knob:
Consists of two parts function
A. Common parameter settings
The first step,
Short press down to select the setting of the project, there is a corresponding position cursor display, divided into: Injector brand choice / count value / width / frequency, cycle through the four setting items, the current cursor location for the selected projects;
The second step,
Rotate Left or Rotate Right, modify the current value of the item.
3.2.2.5  Language Settings
If the current language is English, first turn off the power when the screen is off, but according to ON / OFF and MODE key, then turn on the power, you can read Chinese display;

If the current language is Chinese, first turn off the power when the screen is off, but according to COUNTE and MODE button, then turn the power on, the display can be changed to English;

4 About maintenance responsibility
1、 Under normal use, due to product quality issues, free repair within one year;
2、 Due to the non-normal use, causing damage to the product, the user bear the maintenance costs;
3、 The product life-long maintenance, a year later, users bear the maintenance costs.
